Justin Bieber Being Investigated For Allegedly Assaulting 12 Year Old Who Was Making Homophobic Remarks Towards Pop Star

Is Justin Bieber the latest victim of homophobic bullying?

The teen pop sensation was reportedly being investigated for assault in British Columbia, Canada, this weekend, following a 12-year-old's claim that Bieber hit him on Friday during a game of laser tag.

But sources now say that Bieber was only defending himself, and that his accuser was actually taunting him with gay slurs.

Bieber, 16, reportedly showed up at Planet Lazer with two body guards and proceeded to play a round of laser tag with about a dozen other kids, according to CBC.ca.

The owner of the facility told the Canadian news site that the singer was kicked out of the building after the boy complained to the staff.

Canadian blogger zacktaylor.ca spoke to staffers at Planet Lazer who said Bieber "accidentally" hit a boy after being cornered during the game.

According to sources who witnessed the encounter, TMZ reports that the 12-year-old repeatedly went after Bieber, harassing him and specifically targeting him.

When Bieber asked him to lay off and play by the rules, the boy said, "What are you going to do about it f*****?"

He reportedly continued to taunt Bieber, saying "You're a f*****," again and sticking his hand out, which the singer pushed away.

The gossip site reports that the assault complaint was filed by the boy's father, who had repeatedly announced "I'm a lawyer" during the incident.

Bieber is set to perform at a concert in Vancouver on Tuesday.

Nicki Minaj Reportedly Tells Diddy To Kick Rocks, Fires Him As Her Manager, Hires Benny Medina

Nicki Minaj is proving to be a bit of a diva when it comes to her management.

The Young Money femcee is hiring her fourth manager in the last several months. Having previously parted ways with Debra Antney, Troy Carter and now Diddy.

Her new manager is industry veteran Benny Medina.

Below is a press release by Young Money, according to several sources.

Young Money/Cash Money/Universal Motown breakout superstar NICKI MINAJ has decided to dismiss rap mogul, Sean “P diddy Combs” as her music manager and has recently signed a new deal with MEGA MANAGER, BENNY MEDINA, whose current and past clients include Multi Grammy Award winning recording artist, MARIAH CAREY, GWEN STEFANI, BRANDY, AND MORE.

Nicki’s Statement:

By now, everyone should now that I am really strict when it comes to my representation. I had sympathy for Sean however I feel as if I haven’t gotten the guidance the manager is supposed to give his client. Personally, I feel like I’m being managed by mother. Even if you play the smallest role on my team, I wish to see progress. I’d like to thank him for everything he has done for me; for taking me under his wing. I wish him the best with repping Rick. But now that my album is about to drop, its time to get serious and stop playing games. If I could turn back time…I wouldn’t have made the decision to let Troy go."

Got Money To Blow? Peep The $8 Million Dollar iPhone 4, Designed By Stuart Hughes

British jeweler Stuart Hughes has designed the world's most expensive iPhone, costing a staggering $8 million dollars.

Stuart is considered to be the pioneer of the world's most luxurious gadgets.

This particular gadget was designed for an Australian businessman.

Stuart told the Daily Mail that even he is surprised someone would spend so much on an iPhone.

"It is amazing that someone is prepared to spend $8 million on a phone, I doubt it will get used because it is worth so much money. It would be a disaster if it was ever lost," he said.

"The bezel is handmade from rose with approx 500 individual flawless diamonds which total over 100ct.The rear section is formed using rose gold with the added touch of its rose gold Apple logo and 53 diamonds. The main navigation is made from platinum which holds a single cut 7.4ct pink diamond. Also included (not shown in picture) is a rare 8ct single cut Flawless diamond which can replace the pink one. The chest which houses this unique handset is made from a single block of Granite , in Imperial Pink with the inner lined with Nubuck top grain leather , which weight is a massive 7kg.The handset is 32gb and limited edition of only 2 to be ever made."

I doubt even Birdman would blow this kind of money. But if you're interested, go to Stuarts website. There is a purchase button there for this iPhone.

50 Cent x G-Unit in Birmingham - Lloyd Banks and DJ Whoo Kid "Beamer, Be...

Interview by Dove
Photos by Dove for RadioPlanet.tv

Lloyd Banks is a movement. It may sound a bit cliché to say such a thing in 2010, but there is no doubt that the young rapper's third solo album The Hunger for More 2 has gone beyond the regular box of most Hip Hop promotion. From pushing Blue Friday music leaks and Twitter banners (Twibbons), to the consistent release of video footage from worldwide touring, the G-Unit and ThisIs50.com teams have definitely made Banks the Pied Piper of Punchlines. Yes, he's still the Punch Line King - he's just got a much bigger network to address directly these days.

When G-Unit transitioned from their long-standing deal with Interscope Records to independent status last year, some fans questioned if the Unit's legacy was history. Quiet as kept, Banks and his team were fielding offers from different labels, and finally announced in August that HFM2 would be released via EMI distribution. But could the G-Unit label, once powered by such a major machine, survive independence?

Over the past year, the success of Lloyd Banks' mixtapes and singles has proven that the fans will gravitate to good music, no matter what the means of promotion or distribution. As he prepped for his NYC listening session and performance (photos below), RadioPlanet.tv nabbed some time with the lyrical virtuoso to find out how he's grown musically in the past decade, and why he'll always bet on the underdog.

How do you feel about the movement that’s gotten behind The Hunger For More 2? It’s gone beyond a regular promotion.

Lloyd Banks: It was really “Beamer Benz or Bentley” that started everything, but a lot of sites on the internet like RadioPlanet and others have seen the work that I’ve been putting in. I put out five mixtapes in the past year and set it up for this. As an artist I’ve paid attention to the times and I’ve realized that it doesn’t work with one record anymore.

There was a time when you could drop one single and the rest of your singles could complement your first one. Nowadays it’s totally different, where you have to put out three or four singles before your album hits the streets. It takes a little more based off of the internet and having the access to hear music every day. It went from being able to put an album once a year, to having an album and having to put out mixtape material in order to stay relevant.

For the people to get behind my movement and what I’ve been doing, I appreciate it - especially from my peers. It’s one thing to be respected by your fans and supporters, it’s another thing to be supported by your peers.

It’s a good thing you say that... In the past G-Unit hasn’t really been into getting other people on tracks, and you said now you wanted to try something different. Have you had artists approaching you about working with you?

LB: Yeah, and vice-versa. I think right now I’m comfortable with who I am as an artist, and a lot of the dumb egotistic rap sh*t that would take place back in the days isn’t there with me. If I hear something and I like it, I’ll compliment it, and if it’s possible to make a collaboration happen then I’m with it.

I’ve always had respect for other people’s music, but at that time we were an entity that was so big with everybody under the G-Unit and Shady umbrellas. You never had a want for anything, because most of the features I got were in the same studio. That’s the way it was, it wasn’t like we blocked everything else out. I’ve always remained a student and a fan to all music that goes on around me.

How is it for you to be independent with the same star power - minus the restrictions of a major label?

LB: It’s always a double-edge when it comes to that, and I’ve been on both sides. I’ve been on a major that was completely cluttered, as a part of one of the bigger labels with 10 different rap acts and five or six pop acts, and it was so easy to go from a priority to a minority.

I think that being on this side now, I’m appreciative to have an opportunity to release my third album and with the point spread my percentage is a lot different. I’m in an independent situation at the peaking point of my career, I feel like I haven’t peaked yet. Most artists that get this opportunity are on their way out... they’re in their 40's or their late 30's when they get an opportunity to profit the way I can at this point. I think it was due to a mistake on Interscope’s part - I feel like I was counted out at points.

Do you feel like when you took the EMI deal that people doubted you or looked at you as an underdog, not jumping behind you until recently?

LB: I don’t think people knew any better. The people that know better know that it makes sense, back in the days you would only judge an artist through Soundscan and how many physical CDs they sold. Nowadays they don’t understand that the percentage artists are getting off of physical CDs isn’t worth talking about.

When the Rick Ross beef was going on I released a record called “Officer Down” which had maybe 800,000 free downloads before iTunes even contacted us, and then we went on to sell about 70,000 more units of that. After that, the same night I dropped “Beamer Benz or Bentley” it was available for Itunes, and then later on we sold over 500,000 copies of the single. I won’t discuss the percentage split, but it’s very healthy in my favor, so at that point I didn’t care who understood or what people thought because I’m more reserved.

Coming into the game I was naïve and ignorant to a lot of things, so I would get $100,000 chains and my want for certain things just isn’t there anymore. I’m more like, "let’s get the money on the low" these days. I want people to underestimate, I almost want to be the underdog because it fits who I am as an artist and as a person. I speak through my music.

Some people want different things out of it, but at the end of the day it’s entertainment. You gotta realize there’s people that just rap that aren’t talented, but they entertain people. I don’t want to be that. I’d rather be somebody that’s more of an artist than an entertainer. I’ve always been that way.

But as far as people not knowing what the deal means, they’ll know soon after the numbers come back. We’re looking good, we’re in a good space, it wasn’t like major labels weren’t trying to ink a deal. There were major situations there for me but they just didn’t make sense for me at the time.

Do you think working with an independent A&R team is better or worse than working with a major A&R team?

LB: Either way it didn’t really matter to me, because I was there for the music anyway. I never trust anyone’s ear, wherever I’m at the first rule is I get all of the music. They’ll filter out the music and take what they feel is the best material, but what they feel is the best material might be leaving out a hit record.

At this point I might get 100 CDs of music and throw out 95 of them, but out of those records you get hits like “On Fire” and “21 Questions.” I had the same beat CDs 50 and Yayo had, and with that in mind I don’t let one track go to waste. I listen to every CD regardless of who it’s coming from. The only difference to me is that different A&Rs get music from different producers.

The past few months you’ve toured all over Europe and you have fans everywhere, as the video footage on ThisIs50.com and RadioPlanet.tv shows. What are your favorite things about the fans overseas?

LB: I don’t want to say the fans overseas are more appreciative, but I think the energy is a little different because we’re touching markets we’ve seen and markets we haven’t been to. For example,we just did the Dominican Republic a month ago, there were 70,000 fans and that was our first time there, so the energy was crazy.

The biggest difference is, in New York City you might have four or five shows, same goes for Florida or Georgia, they get a chance to see you a little more frequently, but overseas you feel the same way they do. In London the energy is crazy every time, I just came back from Switzerland and Germany doing sold out shows and packed venues.

The love is just there, it’s like sometimes people love you more when you’re not around. With that in mind, you’re only as good as the last show you do, so with every show you have to put on a good performance.

What’s the craziest thing a fan has ever done to get close to you?

LB: I’ve seen a girl crash her car right in front of club HK in Manhattan. I was coming out of the parking lot and she saw me through the passenger window... she told her friend to move out of the way and she ran right into the car in front of her. That was an accident I felt a little bad about. I’ve seen girls run across the street in moving traffic. These are things that could actually equate to someone getting hurt.

When we went to Tanzania and got out of the car, there were literally 2,000 people outside of the airport. Some places we go, we just have to look at each other and smile, because we come from so far away and at the same time my music has the impact out there that it has at home.

There was an incident in Europe where Tony Yayo got left behind and Whoo Kid was going to fill in his verse, and the rehearsal went really badly. Would you ever consider letting Whoo Kid stand in for you?

LB: Whoo Kid is not the typical DJ, you can’t just put him in a box. He has his own style, he’s crazy. He’s older than me but he’s a young soul, he makes us feel younger at the same time. Sha Money XL is the same way. It’s rare that I see Whoo Kid and he’s not in a good mood. He definitely capitalizes, he’s not gonna stay in one lane.

Just like some rappers want to be the most lyrical guy in the world and some rappers just want to be content doing what they do with the audience they have, I think Whoo Kid is one of them type of dudes. He doesn’t want to be the best scratching DJ, he looks at it like he wants to be a mogul.

T.I Says Farewell Yet Again; Sentenced to 11 Months in Prison

T.I. appeared in court today October 15th for a hearing that started at 2:00PM, flanked by his team of lawyers that included Ed Garland, Steve Sadow, Don Samuel, Janice Capek, Kristen Wright and Dwight Thomas.

The courtroom was packed, as he stood before Judge Charles Pannell Jr.

Prosecutors chastised the Grammy Award winning rapper for violating the terms of his federal probation for attempting to purchase machine guns and silencers in October of 2007 and wanted to send him away for two years.

During the hearing, a small fire broke out on the side of the courthouse, causing a stir, but the proceedings continued.

The rapper's defense attorneys argued that drugs in his system were the result of a root canal and T.I. admitted to using the drugs, after he had dental surgery.

Judge Charles Pannell Jr. sentenced T.I. to the prison sentence, after the Atlanta native and his wife Tameka "Tiny" Cottle were caught in Los Angeles on September 1st, in possession of a controlled substance, which was later revealed to be ecstasy.

Additionally, the rap star tested positive for drugs the following day and was traveling with a convicted felon named Cortez "C-Rod" Thomas, who allegedly helped the rapper set up the purchase of illegal weapons that T.I. was originally arrested for, which further violated the terms of his probation.

The rapper asked the judge to sentence him to rehab for a drug addiction, but he was sentenced to the 11 months in prison, instead.

T.I., born Clifford Harris Jr., was released from prison in March, after serving a year in prison for attempting to purchase the machine guns and silencers prior to the BET Awards in October of 2007.

After T.I. was released from prison, he appeared to be on the right path, hitting the studio to record his highly anticipated come back album King Uncaged, while promoting his #1 box office movie, Takers.

During an interview with CNN's Don Lemon, T.I. said that he was "tired" and vowed to turn his life around. The rap star also apologized to anyone he may have hurt, or disappointed due to his arrest.

"The only thing that I can say, man, is that all people who have supported me, who were behind me, who believed in me, who were disappointed and were let down, I just offered my sincerest apologies, and I will dedicate my life no matter how long it takes to earn your trust back and to make you proud yet again," T.I. said.

"I'm tired. I'm wore out," the rap star continued. "I don't have the age, the energy or just the attitude to move forward and continuing in this cycle in this ongoing process of destruction and disparity in my life. I've got too many depending on me and counting on me. I can't do it."

According to reports, T.I. will return home and start his sentence shortly.

Video Justin Bieber Exposed For Biting John Boy Puts Justin Bieber On ...

Indestructible: Woman Puts McDonalds Happy Meal On A Shelf For 6 Months & It Doesn't Mold Or Decompose [Pics Inside]

Looking almost as fresh as the day it was bought, this McDonald's Happy Meal is in fact a staggering six months old.

Photographed every day for the past half a year by Manhattan artist Sally Davies the kids meal of fries and burger is without a hint of mould or decay.

In a work entitled The Happy Meal Project, Mrs Davies, 54, has charted the seemingly indestructible fast food meals progress as it refuses to yield to the forces of nature.

Fresh: The Happy Meal on the day it was bought by artist Sally Davies in New York.

Tasty: Looking a little dry and with an 'acrylic sheen', but the burger has no signs of mould - not even on the bun

Sitting on a shelf in her apartment, Sally has watched the Happy Meal with increasing shock and even her dogs have resisted the urge to try and steal a free tasty snack.

'I bought the meal on April 10 of this year and brought it home with the express intention of leaving it out to see how it fared,' she said.

'I chose McDonald's because it was nearest to my house, but the project could have been about any other of the myriad of fast food joints in New York.

'The first thing that struck me on day two of the experiment was that it no longer emitted any smell.

'And then the second point of note was that on the second day, my dogs stopped circling the shelf it was sitting on trying to see what was up there.'

Worrying: More than three months in and the usual effects of time appear to have had no impact.

Expecting the food to begin moulding after a few days, Mrs Davies' surprise turned to shock as the fries and burger still had not shown any signs of decomposition after two weeks.

'It was then that I realised that something strange might be going on with this food that I had bought,' she explained.

'The fries shrivelled slightly as did the burger patty, but the overall appearance of the food did not change as the weeks turned to months.

'And now, at six months old, the food is plastic to the touch and has an acrylic sheen to it
.

'The only change that I can see is that it has become hard as a rock.'
Even though she is a vegan, Mrs Davies' experiment has brought her amusement rather than fear.

'I don't really see this experiment as scary, I see it almost as an amusement,' she said.

'Although, I would be frightened at seeing this if I was a meat eater. Why hasn't even the bun become speckled with mould? It is odd.'

When asked if their food was not biodegradable, McDonald's spokeswoman Danya Proud said: 'This is nothing more than an outlandish claim and is completely false.'

It comes after Denver grandmother Joann Bruso left a Happy Meal to decay for a year until March to highlight the nutritional dangers of fast food.

Morgan Spurlock also made the film Super Size Me in 2004 charting the changes to his body eating just fast food for 28 days had.

LIL DUVAL DOES HIS NEW IMPRESSION OF DRAKE LMAO

Hood Stories Episode 3 LOL

50 Cent's Cheetah Vision Films Lands $200 Million In Funding For 10-Picture Deal

50 Cent has just completed a deal for his film company that will give it $200 million dollars to fund a 10-picture deal.

Cheetah Vision Films, Randall Emmet and George Furla's Hedge Fund Partners have signed off on a deal that will allow 50 to expand his ever growing film resume.

Healthcare magnate Richard Jackson, real estate developer Gary Sakwa and Daniel Ret will provide the equity remainder of the fund. Grindstone/Lionsgate will distribute the films.

The first movie out of the gate will be 'Set Up', an action heist movie that starts shooting next month. Paul Walker is in talks to star alongside 50 in the movie.

Fif recently linked up with Paul of the set of 'The Fast and Furious 5'. You know business was at the top of the agenda.

'Set Up' revolves around a group of friends involved in a diamond heist that takes a deadly turn.

"The thing about '50 Cent' is that, just like in his music career, he isn't someone who sits around and waits for things to get done. He came to me and said, 'How do we move quicker on projects?' With this new fund, we are able to do that. It's very hard to raise equity today and we are lucky to have such great partners, including the amazing team of Barry Brooker and Stan Wertlieb of Grindstone and Joe Drake and Helen Kim at Lionsgate," Emmett told Variety.

Under the deal, the films will have a budget of around $20 million dollars each.

Fif and Richard Jackson have also teamed with Emmet and Furla's, Emmet/Furla films, for the movie 'Catch 44', which stars Bruce Willis, Forest Whitaker and Malin Ackerman,

50's taking over the big screen, keep it locked here for more news as it becomes available.

LETTER FROM WEEEZY! I KNOW YOU HEARD ABOUT HIS RELOCATION TO SOLITARY CONFINEMENT FOR THE REMAINDER OF HIS SENTENCE. HERES WHAT HE HAS TO SAY ABOUT THAT..

We thought this was over. Oh well, Weezy is back with a new letter from Rikers. He lets his fans know about his recent relocation. If you did not know Lil Wayne has been sent to solitary confinement for the remainder of his sentence because of the MP3 incident he had awhile back. Weezy talks about what he has to go through on a day to day basis in his new spot. 25 more days till he touches the town. Check out the letter after the jump.

What’s poppin?!

By now I’m guessing that you all have heard about my recent relocation to the bing, which is punitive segregation. Basically, no T.V., no radio, no snacks/junkfood, and one phone call a week. This punishment has been handed to me for my earlier MP3 incident. I admit, I fu#ked up and now I must deal with the consequences. As I write this, I only have 25 days left, and it’ll be even less than that when you read this. So honestly, I’m fine. Obviously, this gives me a lot of time to myself and a lot of alone time with my thoughts, which can be creatively dangerous. I do miss being able to hear from my family everyday but once a week will have to suffice. To them, I apologize. I’m still able to receive mail so reading and responding is still a huge part of my day. I’d like to thank everyone that sent me B-Day cards and wishes… that was terrific. You all are wonderful, simply wonderful.

Well anyways, I just wanted you all to know that I’m good and I’ll be good! But at the end of the day, I did it all for music!!! By the way, thanx for downloading the I Am Not A Human Being album. And if you haven’t done so already, please do! And if you have, do so again! When I get out I’m going to put the album in stores and shoot more videos for it. Which songs should I shoot videos to? Also, we will be adding bonus songs and packaging the new Nino Brown DVD with the in store album! You’re welcome.

Talent is best nurtured in solitude… Be home soon!

T.I RESPONDS TO CRITICS WHO QUESTION HIS MOTIVES

No good deed goes unpunished. Despite being a good Samaritan and helping prevent an attempted suicide yesterday, T.I. is now being faced with critics who question his motives.

The “Got Your Back” hitmaker rushed to the scene upon hearing that a man was threatening to leap to his death from the top of a 22-story building in downtown Atlanta on Wednesday (Oct. 13). He made a detour on the way to a video shoot and offered to help the cops, persuading the man to come down using a heartfelt video message.

Tip, who has a court hearing scheduled Friday for his recent arrest on drug possession, said he was not motivated by his personal interests. “For one, I’m not taking any credit,” he told V103’s Ryan Cameron. “I didn’t do it… I could’ve just as well came down there and it could have been resolved in another way. The fact of the matter is that God put me in a position to help, and I can’t take any credit for that.

“I didn’t wake up this morning with the intentions of going down and helping hostage negotiators talk someone down off of a ledge. I don’t think that could be in anyone’s plan of action. If not me, then who? If not now, then when? Sometimes life happens certain ways.”

Atlanta officer James Polite vouched for Tip. “He didn’t have to stop. He could’ve kept on going about his business,” he told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. “We’re happy it ended the way it did, and we thank him.”

The rapper also delivered a message to his supporters who have been disappointed by his repeat run-ins with the law. “All of those who have been let down by these circumstances, I want to give you my sincerest apologies and let you know that I will make it up to you and make you proud in the future.”
